A perfect weekend

Aloha!

I don't know about you, but I had a pretty freaking amazing weekend. Here's how it went down:

SAT 10/09/10
Woke up early.
Mounted my bike onto a bus.
Cycled to 7-11 to pick up breakfast, lunch and coffee.
Headed out on a Geology field trip.
GG101L Guy.
Cycled home from uni.
Received a care package from home (thank you, mum and dad).
Went impulse shopping.
Free drying rack.
Trembled at the thought of this momentous stage of my life.
Finished off the day watching a cheesy Hilary Duff film.

SUN 10/10/10
Woke up (relatively) early.
Devoured some Nutella sandwiches.
Completed two minutes of yoga.
Headed over to Starbucks at 10:10am.
Ate lunch out on the lanai.
More Starbucks, with a bunch of others including my Kiwi friend.
Starbucks Guy.
Took a nap.
Played a "friendly" game of soccer in Ala Wai park.
Yellow card. Possibly red.
More yoga. And push-ups.
Swam at the beach after sunset.
Ate dinner at Cheeseburger Waikiki.
Spent 10:10pm with my Swedish friend as she prepared to go to Kaho'olawe.

Somewhere in between I managed to clean my room a little. I was going to do some washing but the laundry room was full. And I was going to write my paper for Hawaiian Studies but... no.

This coming week is going to be much easier than the past couple of weeks. I don't want to get complacent, but at the same time I don't want to stress.

This is the solstice of my life.

A hui hou!
